FAQ

1.  How long are shipping times?
We work hard to send your favourite products as soon as possible to you. Typically once you place an order it takes 1 - 2 days to create and packed the products. From that point, it takes 2 - 5 working days for items to arrive. You'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times. NEXT DAY delivery available for orders placed before 1PM. 

2. What's your return policy?

You can return the item after 30 days of receiving the order. We’ll give  your money back in full if the product is in the same condition as you received it. Damaged or scratched products will not be accepted. Products on SALE and gift cards will not be accepted for refund. We DO NOT cover return costs. 


3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you change your mind. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package full refund will be returned to you after we received the product back. 


4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted then simply notify us, and we’ll solve the problem.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll find the best solution for you.
